ABOUT TODD

A businessman, entrepreneur, and Cy-Fair ISD parent, Todd LeCompte has the drive and passion to serve on the Cy-Fair ISD Board of Trustees. Born and raised in Houston, Todd played baseball at Angelina College and completed his degree in Criminal Justice at what is now Lone Star College.

Todd and his wife, Patti, own their local family business, TNT Home Services, in Cypress, where they have raised their two sons. Todd has served as a role model and mentor, not only for his own children, but for countless boys and young men through his extensive experience as a select baseball coach. Through his interactions with these young athletes, Todd became aware of the need for more positive role models in the school district and sought after opportunities to get involved.

Todd is an active volunteer on the Cy-Fair ISD Superintendent Search and Library Materials Committees. In order to recruit more selfless volunteers, Todd serves as the President of Texas Civic Alliance, a conservative Christian group that helps organize volunteers to serve in CFISD. He believes that all our children deserve to be surrounded by positive, encouraging adults that they can look up to as they develop their beliefs, values, and critical thinking skills.

In his free time, Todd enjoys playing and coaching baseball, spending time with his family, and volunteering in the community. The LeCompte family attends Houston’s First Baptist Church – Cypress.

ABOUT JUSTIN

Justin and his wife, Allison, chose to raise their family in Jersey Village and immediately became active in the community. In 2012, Justin won an open seat on the Jersey Village City Council without a runoff by touting the themes of public safety, fiscal responsibility, and economic development. In 2015, Justin was elected as the youngest Mayor in City history at the time. Under his leadership, the City embarked on ambitious plans while remaining fiscally responsible and building a surplus of funds at the City level. As Mayor, Justin has worked tirelessly to ensure the residents of Jersey Village continue to enjoy a high level of service, public safety, and responsible fiscal management. As Mayor, Justin guided the community through major rain events including disastrous home flooding during the 2016 Tax Day Flood.

Growing up in Jersey Village, he graduated from Jersey Village High School in Cy-Fair ISD and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Houston. He was an active campus contributor, rising to leadership positions in Student Government, Fraternity President, and advocated for the University at the State Capitol. After college, Justin received his J.D. from South Texas College of Law and entered the oil & gas industry, receiving the Houston Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 award in 2013.

Justin and Allison are committed volunteers in the community. Allison, a Special Education teacher specializing in visual impairments, is a PTO board member at Post Elementary.
